Pea Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups frozen peas, thawed
½ cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
⅓ cup red onion, finely chopped
½ cup crispy bacon, crumbled
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine peas, cheddar cheese, red onion, and bacon.
In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and stir until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
