Ingredients:
2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
For the fries:
2 large potatoes, cut into fries

Instructions:
