Ingredients:
500 g white fish fillets
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 liter fish stock
1/2 teaspoon saffron
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add tomatoes, saffron, and thyme, then cook for 5 minutes.
