Yummy Chicken
1-2 lbs chicken breast
4 c chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1-2 boxes chicken stuffing mix
1 stick of butter melted
Cook the chicken and chicken broth (or bouillon cubes with water) in crockpot on low for 7-8 hours. Shred when cooked completely. Do not discard the broth.
Spread the shredded chicken in a buttered 9x13 baking dish. In a bowl combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream (add a half a bag of frozen mixed veggies if you like). Pour soup/sour cream mixture on top of the chicken. Cover with the stuffing mix (dry). Sprinkle with a little rubbed sage if you prefer. Pour the melted butter and 1-2 cups of the reserved chicken broth over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
