Błyskawiczne Chow Mein 🍜🥢 (Quick Chow Mein)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced (or rotisserie chicken)
12 oz chow mein noodles (or spaghetti) cooked and drained
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until onion softens.
Add shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook, stirring often, for about 4–5 minutes until veggies are tender.
Toss in the cooked chicken and stir until warmed through.
Add the cooked noodles into the pan.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and chicken. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Garnish with green onions if using. Serve hot!
