2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂

🥗 For the Salad:
1 head of lettuce or mixed greens 🥬
1 avocado, halved 🥑
10–12 cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
10–12 green olives
Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
Salt & pepper to taste

Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional chili powder. Grill or pan-fry for about 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked, then slice. Arrange the lettuce on a plate, top with sliced grilled chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve fresh.
