Ingredients:
Cinnamon Roll Base:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Cheesecake Filling:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup sour cream
Cinnamon Swirl:
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
Glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
2. Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Base:
• In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, milk, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
• Roll the dough into a rectangle (about 12x8 inches) on a floured surface.
• Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1/2-inch rolls.
• Press the slices evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a base.
3. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
• Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
• Pour the cheesecake batter over the cinnamon roll base.
4. Add the Cinnamon Swirl:
