🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small yellow onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

1. Brown the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
2. Add Flavor Base:
Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Build the Sauce:
Pour in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Stir to combine.
