You Will Need:
250 g (2 cups) flour
125 g (½ cup) butter
100 g (½ cup) sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
300 g (10 oz) ricotta
80 g (⅓ cup) sugar (for filling)
Zest of 1 lemon
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
🥣 Mix flour, butter, and sugar; add eggs to form dough. Chill 30 min.
🧀 Combine ricotta, sugar, and lemon zest.
🥧 Roll dough, fill with ricotta mixture, and cover with lattice strips.
🔥 Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35–40 minutes.
❄️ Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
