🍮 Pots de Crème
Rich French custard desserts, creamy and decadent 🍫🍮.
Ingredients:
• 250 ml cream
• 250 ml milk
• 150 g chocolate
• 4 egg yolks
• 50 g sugar
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat cream and milk, add chocolate to melt.
2️⃣ Whisk egg yolks with sugar, combine with chocolate mix.
3️⃣ Pour into ramekins.
4️⃣ Bake in bain-marie at 160°C for 30 min.
