Crispy Sausage & Potato Skillet π₯πΏπ
Ingredients:
3β4 sausages (any kind you like) π
3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges π₯
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika πΆοΈ
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish πΏ
Instructions:
1. Boil potato wedges for 5β6 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet or air fryer, add potatoes, and cook until golden and crispy.
3. Slice sausages and pan-fry or grill until browned and slightly crisp.
4. Combine potatoes and sausages in the skillet. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Toss gently and garnish with fresh rosemary or parsley.
