1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 packet ramen noodles (85 g / 3 oz, discard seasoning)
1 medium onion, diced (150 g)
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder (1.5 g)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter (14 g)
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
Cook ramen noodles without seasoning. Drain, toss with butter, and set aside.
Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion soft. Drain grease.
Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
In a large bowl, combine noodles, beef mixture, bacon, condensed soup, milk, and half the cheddar. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer to the casserole dish, sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and top is golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
