CHUNKY BAKERY-STYLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together and set aside.
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
In a separate mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, cream sugars and butter.
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, cold
Add -
2 cold eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix Well
Add flour mixture and mix well
Fold in -
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Using an ice cream scoop drop cookies onto cookie sheet about 3" apart. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
