🍪 Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge 🎄
Ingredients
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2½ cups white chocolate chips
1¼ cups dry sugar cookie mix (heat-treated for safety—see tip below)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup holiday-themed sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
Line a 9×9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the sweetened condensed milk until it begins to simmer gently—do not boil.
Reduce heat to low. Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter. Stir continuously with a silicone spatula until the mixture is fully melted, smooth, and well combined (about 4–6 minutes).
Remove from heat and gently fold in ½ cup of sprinkles, taking care not to overmix and bleed the colors.
Pour the warm fudge into the prepared pan, spreading evenly with the spatula. Immediately press additional sprinkles onto the surface for a vibrant, festive finish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours—or preferably overnight—until completely firm.
Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, peel away the paper, and cut into 1-inch squares with a sharp knife.
