🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza 🍪
Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp fine sea salt
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
½ cup mini chocolate chips (for texture contrast)
½ cup white chocolate chips (for melting)
¼ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Optional: flaky sea salt for finishing
Instructions:

Preheat & Prep
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch round pizza pan or cake pan with butter or non-stick spray.
Cream the Base
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until fluffy — about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.
Dry Mix Magic
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold this into the wet mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing — a few streaks are okay!
Fold in the Good Stuff
Gently stir in the semi-sweet and mini chocolate chips. The dough will be thick — that’s perfect.
Press & Bake
Transfer dough to your prepared pan. Use lightly oiled hands or a spatula to press it evenly into the pan, reaching all edges. Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden around the edges and set in the center. Let cool slightly in the pan.
Make the White Chocolate Glaze
While the cookie cools, melt the white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle generously over the warm cookie base.
Final Touches
Sprinkle additional chocolate chips over the glaze while still tacky. For extra flair, drizzle melted dark chocolate in zigzag patterns. If using, sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt for a sweet-salty punch.
Slice & Serve
Allow to cool completely before slicing into wedges. Serve at room temperature for best texture.
