Baccalà alla Vicentina (Venetian Cod with Polenta) 🇮🇹
Ingredients:
• 400g salted cod, soaked and flaked
• ½ cup onions, chopped (75g)
• 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
• 1 cup milk (240ml)
• ½ cup white wine (120ml)
• 1 cup polenta (150g)
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Sauté onions in olive oil, add cod, and cook gently.
2. Pour in wine and milk, simmer until creamy.
3. Cook polenta until smooth and thick.
4. Serve cod over polenta and enjoy!
