Ingredients

🦃 1/2 lb (250g) ground turkey
🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
🧅 1/4 small onion (finely chopped)
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🧂 Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the Vegetables:
🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes
🍄 1 cup sliced mushrooms
🌿 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
🛢️ 1 tbsp olive oil
🧂 Salt, pepper, and chili flakes (to taste)
For the Toppings:
🥑 1 ripe avocado (halved)
🌱 1/4 cup sautéed spinach
🌾 1 tsp hemp seeds
Directions
Prepare the Turkey Patty:
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Shape into two patties and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus for 8–10 minutes until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Cook the Patties:
In the same skillet or a grill pan, cook the turkey patties over medium heat for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
Assemble the Bowl:
Arrange sautéed spinach, turkey patty, roasted veggies, and avocado in a bowl. Sprinkle hemp seeds over the avocado for a nutritious boost.
