Directions
Cake Layers:

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Combine Dry Ingredients: Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Make Vegan Buttermilk: Warm the soy milk and mix in the apple cider vinegar. Allow it to curdle for 10 minutes.
