📋 Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- Fresh basil for garnish
📝 Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and sundried tomatoes.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
