Ingredients
• 400g salt cod (desalted)
• 300g potatoes (peeled)
• 3 garlic cloves
• 100ml olive oil
• 100ml milk
• Fresh parsley and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Soak the cod in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water several times.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash them with a fork.
3. Simmer the cod in water for 10 minutes until flaky, then shred it with your hands.
4. In a pan, cook minced garlic in olive oil without browning.
5. Combine cod, mashed potatoes, garlic oil, and warm milk. Stir into a smooth, creamy mixture.
6. Season with pepper and parsley. Serve warm with boiled potatoes or toast.
