200g tagliatelle pasta π
2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced π
1 cup cherry tomatoes, whole or halved π
2 garlic cloves, minced π§
2 tbsp olive oil π«

Cook the tagliatelle according to the package directions. Meanwhile, season the chicken with salt and pepper, grill until golden, and slice. In a large pan, heat olive oil and sautΓ© garlic for 1β2 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to blister. Add the drained pasta, toss well, then mix in the sliced grilled chicken. Finish with fresh basil leaves and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Serve hot and top with Parmesan if desired.
