Lemon Fudge
INGREDIENTS
– 24 oz white bark
– 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
– 1 package lemon pudding mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Line an 8×8-inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Place white bark in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk and lemon pudding mix, stirring until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and gently shake to level the fudge.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into pieces and serve.
