🛒 Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cherry tomatoes 🍅
1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen or canned) 🌽
1 cup broccoli florets 🥦
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 🍄

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat, and cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Steam broccoli for 4–5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms and cherry tomatoes with a bit of olive oil and salt until soft. Warm the corn (if using frozen or canned). Slice the grilled chicken and arrange everything neatly on a plate. Drizzle with optional lemon juice and sprinkle herbs if desired. Serve warm!
