Steam broccoli for 4–5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms and cherry tomatoes with a bit of olive oil and salt until soft. Warm the corn (if using frozen or canned). Slice the grilled chicken and arrange everything neatly on a plate. Drizzle with optional lemon juice and sprinkle herbs if desired. Serve warm!
