Ingredients:

• 2–3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup sour cream
For the Frosting:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Cake Batter:
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
• In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
• In another bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
• Add eggs, one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, and mashed bananas.
• Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
2️⃣ Bake the Cake:
• Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
• Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
• Cool completely before frosting.
3️⃣ Prepare the Frosting:
• Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
• Add vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
4️⃣ Frost and Serve:
Spread frosting over cooled banana cake. Slice and enjoy.
