🥚 Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped dill pickles or relish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook Pasta:
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside to cool.
2️⃣ Make the Dressing:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3️⃣ Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, chopped eggs, onion, celery, and pickles.
Add dressing and stir gently to coat everything evenly.
4️⃣ Chill and Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
