Garlic Butter Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni
Ingredients:
For the Steak Tips:
1 ½ lbs steak tips
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
For the Cheesy Rigatoni:
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded provolone
½ cup grated Parmesan
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Steak Tips:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak tips and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
Add butter and garlic, toss for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Make the Cheesy Rigatoni:
Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream and milk over medium heat.
Add mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until melted.
Toss in cooked rigatoni.
Serve:
Plate the steak tips with the cheesy rigatoni and enjoy
