Hearty Beef & Bean Chili🍲

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and green pepper. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
4. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beans, broth, and all seasonings.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot.
