📝 Ingredients:
• Pizza dough or flatbread base
• Crème fraîche: 150 g
• Onion (thinly sliced): 1 large
• Smoked bacon (cubed): 100 g
• Salt & pepper: to taste
• Nutmeg (optional): a pinch
