Spicy Blackened Steak and Shrimp Alfredo
Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine
1 lb shrimp, peeled
1 lb steak, sliced
2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
In a bowl, toss shrimp and steak with blackening seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes, then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink.
Reduce heat to medium, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Cook until slightly thickened.
Add cooked fettuccine, tossing to coat. Serve warm.
