**For the Alfredo Twisted Pasta:**
- 12 oz fusilli, rotini, or cavatappi pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

**Instructions:**
1. **Cook the Pasta:** Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
