Ingredients:
1 large sub roll or hoagie bun
4 slices Genoa salami
4 slices ham (or prosciutto)
4 slices mortadella (or capicola)
4 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
4-6 pepperoncini peppers, sliced (optional for a spicy kick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
1 tablespoon Dijon or yellow mustard (optional)
Instructions:
