Pâté en Croûte 🇫🇷
A classic French dish with a flaky puff pastry crust and a rich meat filling. 🥧✨
Ingredients:
• 500g pork and veal mixture
• 250g puff pastry
• 50g pistachios
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Roll out the puff pastry and line a baking mold.
2️⃣ Mix the pork and veal with pistachios, salt, and pepper. Fill the mold.
3️⃣ Cover with another layer of puff pastry, seal, and brush with egg wash.
