Ingredients 🛒
200g of your favorite noodles (like spaghetti or linguine)
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions 🧑🍳
Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce and toss the cooked noodles in the garlic butter sauce until well coated.
