1 teaspoon of Sahajira
1 teaspoon of salt powder
2 large spoons of pepper
2 large spoons of fenugreek
2 teaspoon fennel
1/2 small spoon nutmeg

12 cloves
2 star anies
2 large spoons of cumin
4 spoons of coriander
8-10 Kashmiri chillies
2 large spoons of Urad Dal
2 large spoons of chana lentils
2 large spoons of mustard (yellow)
2 sharp leaves
2 large spoons of kasuri fenugreek
1/2 small spoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon amchur powder
Recipe of making -
Fry all dry spices in pan for 5-6 minutes except salt and turmeric.
Grind thin in mixer by cooling the spices standing on slow flame.
Finally grind with turmeric and salt, store in an air tight jar.
