Homemade Pickled Hungarian Peppers
Ingredients:
7-8 pieces of Hungarian peppers-sliced
2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
1 tbsp pickling salt
1 tbsp sugar
*2 mason jars for storage
Steps:
Arrange the sliced peppers in the jar. I use 2 pints. Set aside.
In a pan, add vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Mix and let it boils for 1-2 minutes bubbling hot. Turn off stove and pour on the jar with peppers. Let it cool and store in refrigerator up to 2 months. Enjoy!
