🥓 Creamy Bacon Parmesan Tortellini
Ingredients:
1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
6 slices bacon, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Tortellini:
Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Remove bacon and set aside, leaving 1–2 tablespoons of bacon grease in the pan.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly (about 4–5 minutes).
4️⃣ Combine:
Add cooked tortellini and bacon to the skillet. Toss everything together until coated and heated through.
5️⃣ Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
