1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
For the Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened

For the Caramel Layer:
1/2 cup thick caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 Milky Way bars, chopped into small pieces
For the Topping:
Extra caramel sauce
Melted chocolate or chocolate ganache (optional drizzle)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Gently spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer, then sprinkle chopped Milky Way bars on top.
Pour the remaining brownie batter over everything and smooth out gently.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is just set. Let cool completely, then drizzle with more caramel and melted chocolate.
