#### Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
- 2 large lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, halved

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

#### Instructions:

1. Prep the Lobster Tails:
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the tail fin.
- Gently loosen the meat from the shell and lift it, keeping it attached at the base.
- Press the shell down to "butterfly" the meat so it rests on top.

2. Season & Broil (or Grill):
- Preheat the broiler (or grill) to high heat.
- Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and sprinkle with Tony’s, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Broil for 5-7 mins (or grill shell-side down for 4-5 mins) until meat is opaque and lightly browned.

3. Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, Tony’s, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 1 min.

4. Serve:
- Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the lobster tails.
- Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
