🍰 Maracuyá cake with dulce de leche
📋 Ingredients

🔸 Cake:
• 🥚 4 clear snow
• 🥚 4 yolks
• 🍬 ½ cup refined sugar
• 🌾 2 cups of wheat flour

🔸 Maracuyá mousse:

👨‍🍳 Preparation mode

🔹 Maracuyá mousse:
