π Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
For the filling:
3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
For the topping:
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C).
Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
Pour over crust and bake 50β55 minutes. Turn oven off and let sit inside with door cracked for 1 hour.
Cool, then refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight.
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, cream, and pecans. Simmer 2β3 mins.
Pour over chilled cheesecake before serving.
