My first Keto cake…delicious!
130 grams almond flour
4-5 tbsp sweetener
5 eggs
3 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp olive oil
250 grams double cream/heavy cream
50 grams roasted pecans
2 tsp vanilla
Divide the eggs,beat the eggs white until stiff peaks adding 2-3 spoons of the sweetener
The yolks mixes them with oil and the salt,mix all them together adding slowly the almond flour,cocoa powder ,baking powder and little salt and the half of the vanilla.Bake for 20 min at 180 degrees.Beat the double cream with a mixer with the rest of sweetener and add the cheese cream and 1 tsp vanilla..assemble the cake as you prefer and keep it refrigerated for 2 hours..
