8 oz linguine pasta

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1ยฝ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken on both sides with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 6โ€“7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden. Remove and let rest before slicing.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 3โ€“4 minutes until thickened.

Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.

Top pasta with sliced Cajun chicken, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot!
