Berry Kiwi Rainbow Smoothie 🍓🥝🌈
Ingredients:
Bottom (Purple Layer):
1/2 cup dragon fruit or blackberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup almond milk
Middle (Green Layer):
1 kiwi
1/2 banana
Handful of spinach
1/4 cup coconut water
Top (Pink Layer):
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Blend each layer separately.
2. Pour the purple layer into a glass and freeze for 10 mins to firm.
3. Add the green layer, then the pink layer on top.
4. Garnish with sliced fruit and mint. Sip and smile!
