Cheeseburger bake! It was delicious!
Preheat oven to 375.
I did 2lbs of hamburger, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and diced onion. Cook until done. Line a baking pan with 2 low carb tortillas and dump your burger mixture evenly. Top with your favorite shredded cheese. I baked it until thoroughly melted and a little crisp around the edges. I did a mayo, ketchup, mustard mix. Lettuce, tomato, pickle and fresh raw onion. It was a hit with my entire family!
