🍗 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf 🧀
🛒 Ingredients:
1½ lbs ground chicken (or turkey)
1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Optional topping: extra Parmesan + breadcrumbs for crust
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Set to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix It Up:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients: ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, milk, parsley, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until fully blended.
Shape the Loaf:
Transfer mixture to the loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan and breadcrumbs on top for a crispy finish (optional).
Bake It:
Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serve:
Slice and serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad!
