1 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vinegar
For the Cheesecake Layer:
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Strawberry Topping:
1 cup strawberry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)
Optional: extra fresh strawberries sliced for garnish
For the Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the White Chocolate Drizzle:
½ cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp milk or cream
🔥 Instructions
1. Make the Cake Layer:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9” springform pan.
Whisk dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients separately.
Combine and mix until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 20–22 mins. Let cool.
2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and salt. Mix until creamy.
Pour over cooled red velvet cake in the same pan.
Bake at 325°F for 40–45 mins or until center is just set. Chill completely.
3. Add the Toppings:
Spread strawberry filling generously over chilled cheesecake.
Melt white chocolate chips with milk and drizzle over the top.
4. Make the Whipped Cream:
Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Pipe or dollop on top right before serving.
5. Slice & Serve:
