- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

📝 Instructions
1. Prepare the Garlic Butter: Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Season the Salmon: Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the Salmon: Cook the salmon fillets in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, add the butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms until tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
