Creamy Pasta with Broccoli and Bacon
Recipe:
1 pound penne pasta (cooked according to instructions)
1/2 pound bacon (sliced)
2 broccoli crown (sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Boil the pasta and set aside. Fried the bacon and set aside.
In a large pan, add oil and saute garlic. Add fried bacon. Add cream and Italian seasoning. Let it boils. Add grated Parmesan, pasta, broccoli and mix well. Let the sauce blends with the pasta and broccoli. Let it cook 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
