Ingredients:
1 oz Grenadine
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Ice cubes

Instructions:
Start by rimming the glass with salt for a decorative touch (optional). Rub a lime wedge around the rim and dip it into salt.
In the first layer, pour grenadine into the glass. Add ice cubes to fill the glass about halfway.
Slowly pour coconut cream or coconut milk on top of the grenadine layer. Let it settle to form a smooth second layer.
