12 oz spaghetti
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
2 tbsp capers, drained
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
